Children are enrolled in order of registration and enrollment is subject to availability.  A non-refundable registration fee and one month’s tuition deposit are collected at the time of registration.  CLC requires the following completed information prior to attendance:

• Enrollment Form
• Doctor Signature Form
• CDO Registration Form
