Invisible Children

Please donate books to BetterWorldBooks. A receptacle can be found in the narthex. The proceeds will go to help the Invisible Children of Africa by building schools and aiding in community development.

Ancient Mariners

New Adult Bible Study

In response to requests, we are launching a new adult Bible study class on Sunday mornings at 9:20 a.m. beginning next Sunday, October 2. This study will have a new “twist” in that it will focus on the scripture which is in the lectionary for the following Sunday. This timing will give you a week to prepare to listen to the sermon based on that scripture. The class will be led by Brian Long. Please watch for an announcement of the classroom location.

PW Evening Circle

An evening PW circle will meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. They will be studying “Confessing the Beatitudes”. This is the same study being used for the Wednesday morning circle.

Women’s Circle

YMCA

The youth will be serving dinner for the YMCA on Monday, September 26^th, at APC. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the youth program.
