  • Billie Carr:  Personal Trainer from Life Time Fitness will speak on different ways to stay healthy & fit as well as the importance of overall wellness. She is interested in sleep patterns, nutrition, stress levels and family & faith values in relation to overall well-being.
  • Dale Nash: Family Service Counselor – Rosewood Funeral Home will speak about planning a funeral.
  • Donna Composto: Eldercare Advisor – A Place for Mom she has the privilege of helping seniors and their families find appropriate care ranging from Home Care, Respite Care, Retirement Living, Assisted Living, Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care as well as Skilled Nursing.
  • Kimberly Miller-Davis: Personal Trainer – Life Time Fitness she will discuss how the body/mind changes as we age. Her focus will be on how to stay motivated & set realistic goals as we get older. She will spend a lot of time explaining body/mind/soul connection as well.
  • Pam Perkins – Angel Heart – Alternative Healing

Please support these goals with your contributions of supplies and $20 for each pre-pack.  The supplies needed are pencils, pens, erasers, markers, map pencils, highlighters, rulers, bottled glue, glue sticks, wide-ruled filler paper, pocket folders with brads, spiral notebooks, dividers, and 2-inch binders.

Drop your donations of school supplies in the yellow school bus located in the narthex.  Cash or checks may be given to George Williams or Grayce Choate.
