2008 Women’s Conference at MoRanch – Report
Ten women from APC attended the 2008 Women’s Conference at MoRanch. Twelve workshops exploring the theme God and God’s People: Partners in Healing were offered. The keynote speaker, The Rev. Joan Gray, moderator of the 217th General Assembly of the PCUSA, led us in worship. Suzi Bird was the music leader and inspired us to make a most ”joyful noise”.
APC will have the opportunity to learn from Suzy in August as she and her husband join us for a weekend of worship through music.
Reverend Hannan joined the staff of Atascocita Presbyterian Church in September 2008. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors degree in Elementary education. She attended Union Theological Seminary, in Richmond Virginia and received her Masters of Divinity.
